Castle Commercial was formed in 1988 and since its inception it has seen a gradual increase in its size and the services offered to clients in the UK and abroad.

Personnel

Vernon
 Vernon Ward BSc (Hons) F.R.I.C.S. Chartered Surveyor. Vernon has over 20 years' experience in the property business and originally worked with Howkins & Harrison and Wilson & Partners in Birmingham before setting up Castle Commercial. He oversees all areas of service the company offers, together with dealing particularly with the professional services, valuations and commercial agency sections of the company. Vernon is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
Jonathan
 Jonathan Hubbard BSc (Hons) M.R.I.C.S. Chartered Surveyor. Jonathan has been with Castle Commercial for over 10 years, being a graduate of Nottingham Trent University. He deals with the commercial property management section of the company, together with professional services and commercial agency.
Frances
 Frances Miller. Frances has over 25 years' experience in the property business and has been with Castle Commercial for approximately 10 years. She now deals exclusively with block management of residential units, which are in excess of 450 units in 17 developments in Leicestershire and Warwickshire.
Caron
 Caron Tantam BSc (Hons). Administrator/Lettings Negotiator. Caron has been with Castle Commercial for over three years. She assists the Property Manager in dealing with lettings, together with general enquiries on both commercial and residential properties. She is also personal assistant to Vernon Ward.
Ann
 Ann Ward M.N.A.E.A. Accounts Manager and Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Ann has been in the property business for over 15 years and joined Castle Commercial in 1990. Her duties mainly include collection and processing of residential rents and general accounts maintenance for the office as a whole.
Sue
 Sue Hall. Residential Property Manager. Sue has worked for Castle Commercial for over eight years and is the property manager for the residential lettings section of the company. Her duties consist of carrying out rental valuations, setting up tenancies, carrying out viewings, inventories, final inspections and liaising with both landlords and tenants.
