Tungsten Park is a new exciting mixed use development fronting onto Coventry Road Hinckley adjacent to the Ashby De La Zouch canal, with easy access on to the A5 and hence the M69.
The development is fronted by two new car dealerships with one pre-sold to Martin Rumble Vauxhall. Enterprise Car Rental and Royal Mail have also agreed to take units on the site. The site will offer a range of industrial units and offices to the canal side elevation.
The development which benefits from planning permission will incorporate a high level of design including curved roofs and extensive glazing for both offices and industrial space.
We have experienced strong demand for the nursery industrial units with seven already committed. We are now able to release the office elements of the site. Bespoke requirements can be accommodated subject to planning.
